The August releases marked the farewell of the group, Sorelle Rosa, the project's Buono! cover group. However, the project's leader, Thea announced on the same day the beginning of the new group, Carino!

The new members are Thea, Priyam and Sorelle Rosa alumni, Michi

Michi made a statement about the new group which is still in the planning stage. Earlier, she had expressed her sadness of saying goodbye to her beloved group.

She was asked about the possibility of comparison between the two groups, she answers, "Carino! will be a little edgier maybe. Right now, we're still looking into everything. While we are also the Buono! cover group, we don't don't want to be known as the carbon copy. We are Carino! and Sorelle Rosa is Sorelle Rosa. Look out for us!"

Carino! will be making their debut on the next singles release.

Rumors circulated earlier today of the possibility of new member, Kerri leaving the group.

How could that be possible? She hasn't released one single yet? Could there actually be something diabolical within DJP that scared off the new member? 

However, the heads of the project cleared up the misunderstanding. Kerri too also cleared it up with her latest message:






No, fans. She isn't going anywhere any time soon.

It has only been less than a week and already we have discovered yet another scandal. This time it involves the two brainchildren of the project, Ryan and Thea. Just days after yuzuriha's dating scandal, Thea and Ryan had been caught dating --- each other!

A source that wishes to be remained anonymous, came to our office late yesterday evening with email exchanges between the two which were definitely in the intimate nature. As serious journalists, we were of course skeptical of this claim. The source called the number in one of the emails, and it was unmistakably Ryan who picked it up.

When he realized what had happened, he immediately refused to answer inquiries and hung up. Thea has yet to make a statement.

An Ace Apology

yuzuriha and her agency had finally came forward with a statement about her dating scandal.

"We are just friends. We had a friendly dinner and I gave him a ride to my place to play Playstation, but first he was kind enough to help me with some errands," she said during the press conference following the scandal. However, yuzuriha did look apologetic for what she believed was a misunderstanding.

The agency representative had this to say, "It was so surprising to see something like this happen. I knew yuzu had always played the chara of the sexy-starved evil fiend, but to think it was actually not a ploy all along.... simply unbelievable. When I happened to peruse the gossip column and saw that bit of dreadful news, I just knew that we'd never live this down. Despite my shock and horror, I do hope that yuzu and her male acquaintance get along after this. Though DJP may suffer from a bit of scandal, at the same time, we will conquer and keep on going, as always."

The announcement came with very mixed responses. Some believed her, while others found the idea of 'playing playstation' the whole time ridiculous. There were some who were outraged, while others found her response witty and amusing.

Whatever the real story is, the agency doesn't seem to be have plans of hunting for a new ace.

For some time now, Ryan had been teasing that this batch's S/hineage release was going to blow everyone away. It stirred everyone's excitement and today the wait was over.

S/hineage released, "Ee ka?!"

Foxtella and Mizuki oozed with talent here. But surprisingly again, STAR managed to surprise everyone with her recent growth. One fan says, "Sorry to Rain=bow but this is the best out of the releases. I LOVE IT!" It looks like the performance level is just getting higher. 

Aside from the beautiful performance given by every member, what makes this special is that it seems Ryan is going to take another hiatus or graduating. There is no confirmation yet.

His message was, "This was definitely a big challenge to mix, but I'm happy how it came out! S/hineage is jam-packed with the epic ones, and you guys'll definitely continue, to, er, shine, even with me not in there." His leaving comes to a surprise to many because it was sudden, while a few gave him words of understanding, others were sad to hear he was leaving. 

Can S/hineage still shine without Ryan? At the moment, only time can tell.

There has been some talk for a while of a remake, but there had been no updates --- until now.

The two actors chosen for the movie, Kare wa Imouto no Koibito made popular by Satomi Ishihara and and Sayumi Michishige back 2011 are DJ Project's Foxtella and Sayumin.

Sayumin will be playing the lead and the older sister, Miyuki. Foxtella was chosen to play the sneaky and cute younger sister, Haruka.

There had been some uncertainty among the fans of the casting. Foxtella had a very sexy image in the group. The director assured them that there was no mistake in the casting of Foxtella. "It is why it is called acting. I didn't want a Haruka that would give me the same cute and sneakiness as the last movie. I believe that Foxtella can bring a different kind of cute and sneaky in my movie. I really can't wait."

The director dismissed any allegations of yuzuriha not given the role of Miyuki due to her recent scandal. "Sayumin was my first choice as Miyuki. She is flexible and I see see a diamond in a rough when she was auditioning."

yuzuriha fans however, believe that she turned down the role because she and Valerie are working on a different project. BoCo was seen auditioning for a new Sailor Moon stage play set to release next year.
